La rivoluzione di una bacchetta

La streghetta di Halloween
In questa notte un po’ incantata
vaga un’ombra mascherata.
Chiusa in un bigio e lungo mantello
la segue dall’alto un pipistrello.
Porta una zucca a mo’ di cestino
con all’interno un giallo lumino.
Intanto nel buio sibila il vento
e tutti tremano dallo spavento.
Agita uno scheletro luminescente
con cui minaccia tutta la gente.
Chiede ai passanti pure un dolcetto
o gli promette un solo scherzetto.
Niente paura se bussa alla porta
e vi spia con la sua faccia storta:
è solo l’ombra di una bimbetta
che crede di essere una streghetta!

La notte di Halloween
In ogni casa una zucca pelata
per questa notte un poco stregata
e una candela la illumini dentro
bella diritta e proprio nel centro.
Tanti fantasmi verranno alla porta
con gli occhi tondi e la bocca storta
e di sicuro vorranno un dolcetto
con la minaccia di uno… scherzetto!

Nella casa della paura
Nella casa della paura
sembra inchiostro l’acqua pura,
sembra un pipistrello un fiore,
i minuti sembrano ore.
Nella casa dello spavento
sembra molle il pavimento,
sembra un rospo la saliera,
un serpente la ringhiera.
Lunedì da casa mia
la paura è andata via
e le cose sembran cose
e le rose sono rose.
Martedì dalla mia casa
se n’è andato lo spavento:
cento amici l’hanno invasa,
han portato luce e vento!

Scuri vampiri, occhi feroci,
maghi barbuti, orride voci.
Streghe nasone rimestan pozioni,
mostri tremendi a tutti i portoni.
Candele tremanti in zucche svuotate,
orchi, fantasmi e bacchette fatate.
Maschere brutte eppur divertenti
per spaventare amici e parenti
e fare scherzi in gran quantità
a chi dolcetti in casa non ha!

Danzan le streghe
la danza con i maghi,
fanno i filtri magici
per spaventare i draghi.
Gira, gira il pentolon
tira su il coperchio;
fuoco, fuoco notte e dì
le streghe fan così!
Zampe di rana,
occhi di serpente,
quattro pipistrelli e
un ragno senza un dente.

Ghiga e Ghega
Ghiga e Ghega sono maghe,
son megere con le rughe
o, la gente dice, streghe.
Fanno gesti, pappe grigie,
purghe, gemiti e magie,
piogge gelide o roghi,
velenosi sughi ed aghi:
basta solo che le paghi.

Dolcetto o scherzetto?
Aprite la porta voi che siete lì dentro
O vi farò prendere un bello spavento.
Qui venuto, infatti, sono
per chiedere un dolce oppure un dono.
Prendo di tutto. Lo sapete no?
Caramelle, biscotti, noccioline, bonbon
Ma se preferite posso accettare
Anche qualcosa che non sia da mangiare.
Un treno, una bambola, un pupazzo, un carillon
Quel che vorrete io prenderò
E se proprio non avete nulla da offrire
Aprite comunque o vi farò inorridire.
Con la mia maschera da vampiro
Spavento chiunque quando vado in giro.
Aprite, dunque, signore e signori
É da mezz’ora che sono qui fuori!
Filastrocca paurosa

Halloween per i bambini
E’ una notte scura scura di fantasmi e pipistrelli,
una notte di paura da far torcere i budelli.
E’ una notte di terrore che risveglia ogni vampiro,
una notte di rumore da far togliere il respiro.
Ma chi avanza da lontano con in mano il suo cestino?
E’ una mummia, un brutto nano, è una strega o un assassino?
Ma guardate: son bambini ! Sono mostri mascherati:
chiedono dolci e pasticcini ai vicini un po’ allarmati.
Van bussando ad ogni porta e ridendo a crepapelle
fan scherzetti di ogni sorta per avere caramelle.
Halloween, festa pagana è però una buona cura :
i timori li allontana e fa scappare la paura!

Vorrei una maschera
Vorrei una maschera
così spaventosa,
che tremi la gente
più coraggiosa;
da strega o fantasma,
da mostro o vampiro,
da scheletro bianco
che vagoli in giro
tra gli alberi spogli
nel lume lunare,
così che la gente
si metta ad urlare.
E nessuno sappia
che il più spaventoso
di tutti i costumi
ce l’ha il più pauroso.
Il fantasma golosone
C’è un fantasma golosone
mangia dolci a colazione,
e poi torte e cioccolata,
caramelle e marmellata,
pranza con mille pasticcini,
divora cento biscottini,
e alla sera per non sbagliare,
un panettone vuole mangiare.
Se continua a esagerare
presto potrà anche scoppiare.
Caro fantasma basta dolcetti…
è meglio se fai solo scherzetti!
Nella notte di Halloween
Notte buia notte scura
ora devi aver paura!
Notte buia di spavento
fuori soffia forte il vento!
Sulle ali di un pipistrello
io ti succhierò il cervello…
Coi denti di barracuda
mangerò la tua carne cruda,
con le spire di un pitone,
io ti mangio in un sol boccone.
Mentre serpi e sanguisughe
ti faran venire le rughe,
Se ti mordono i serpenti
ti verrà il mal di denti…
E coi morsi degli scorpioni
ti verranno dei bubboni…
Oramai è finita
sta allegro in questa vita,
non scappare resta qui
è solo la filastrocca di Halloween!
La zucca alla finestra
C’è una zucca alla finestra
Che mi guarda con aria mesta.
I suoi occhi son di fuoco
E mi fan tremare un poco.
Sulla bocca ha un ghigno strano
Lo osservo da lontano.
Sulla testa ha una parrucca
Più da mostro che da zucca.
Il suo naso è un buco nero
Ho paura per davvero.
Questa zucca terrificante
Fa tremar ogni passante.
Che davanti alla finestra
Passa il giorno della festa.
E al vederla tutti sanno
Che è la notte dell’inganno.
Quando scheletri e vampiri
Sono tutti su di giri.
Quando streghe e fantasmini
Fan paura ai bambini.
É la zucca di Halloween
Festeggiamo per benin!

Owl
An owl sat watching in a tree,
Just as wise as he could be,
Watching tricksters from door to door run,
Trick or treating and having fun.
After he had watched the whole scene,
He said, “Whoo, it’s Owl-o-ween!”
Skeleton Parade
The skeletons are out tonight,
They march about the street,
With bony bodies, bony heads,
And bony hands and feet.
Bony bony bony bones
with nothing in between,
Up and down and all around
They march on Hallowe’en.
What Witches Do
The witches don their pointed hats,
The witches croak and croon,
The witches ride their broomsticks,
Away beyond the moon.
The witches don their flowing cloaks,
The witches stir their brew.
The witches chant their magic spells,
All the dark hours through.
The witches stroke their big black cats,
They comb their locks of gray,
Yet when the first faint daylight comes.
The witches hide away.
Skin and Bones
There was an old woman all skin and bones,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
She lived down by the old graveyard,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
One night she thought she’d take a walk,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
She walked down by the old graveyard,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
She say the bones a-lying around,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
She went to the closet to get a broom,
Oo-oo-oo-oo.
She opened the door and ——-
BOO!!!
Trick or Treat
Witches, ghosts, and goblins.
Stealing down the street,
Knock on every door way,
Trick or treat!
When your door is opened,
This is what you meet,
Scary creatures shouting,
Trick or treat!
Hallowe’en Parade
Five white ghosts and seven goblins,
Go parading down the street,
Boys and girls with funny faces,
Asking for a treat.
If a goblin rings my doorbell,
I will say “I’m not afraid!”
I will light my jack-o’lantern,
For the Hallowe’en parade.
I will give these scary people,
Apples, candy, cakes to eat;
Then I’ll wave goodbye and watch them
As they march off down the street.
Five Little Pumpkins
Five little pumpkins
Sitting on a gate.
The first one said,
“Oh, my it’s getting late!”
The second one said,
“There are witches in the air!”
The third one said,
“Well, I don’t care!”
The fourth one said,
“Let’s run and run and run!”
The fifth one said,
“I’m ready for some fun!”
Ooooo went the wind
And out went the lights
And the five little pumpkins
Rolled out of sight.
Halloween Pumpkin
Carve your pumpkin with a face really mean.
Set it outside in a place it’ll be seen,
For it scares away ghosts, goblins, and more.
You might want to put it right next to your door!
Most important of all on this Halloween night,
Have lots of fun and turn on the light!
Pumpkin
We bought a fat orange pumpkin
The plumpest sort they sell.
We neatly scooped the inside out
And only left the shell.
We carved a funny funny-face
Of silly shape and size,
A pointy nose, a jagged mouth
And two enormous eyes.
We set it in a window
And we put a candle in,
Then lit it up for all to see
Our jack-o’lantern grin.
Countdown
One full moon.
Two wicked witches.
Three boney skeletons.
Four hooting owls.
Five meowing cats.
Six glowing jack-0-lanterns.
Seven spooky ghosts.
Eight creepy spiders.
Nine green goblins.
Ten black bats.
The Night of Halloween
The house looks empty,
There’s no one around,
There isn’t a sight,
There isn’t a sound.
In the darkness each ear,
I feel the same shame,
having eaten the treats…
Before the kids came!
A Little Witch
A little witch in a pointed cap
On my door went rap, rap, rap.
When I went to open it,
She was not there.
She was riding on her broomstick
High up in the air!
